Diversity Atlas partners with Tech Show London 2025

Diversity Atlas partners with Tech Show London 2025

Tech Show London 2025 is set to be an extraordinary event, bringing together the most innovative minds in technology, business, and culture. Among the key highlights of this year’s show is the participation of our leading cultural analytics platform as a TSL Media Partner. We are thrilled to be part of this dynamic event, contributing to the global conversation on data-driven insights and workforce intelligence.

Launched in 2019, Diversity Atlas is the world’s first holistic approach to diversity data collection and analysis for any organisation aiming to create effective and relevant strategies, policies, and plans for their markets and their communities. It relies on a voluntary, anonymised, customisable short (4-minute) online survey that is instantly processed to produce a profile of an organisation’s collective culture.

Diversity Atlas takes a scientific, data-driven approach that ignites curiosity and empathy and bypasses shame, blame and othering. In contrast to many diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) approaches, Diversity Atlas highlights the identity of individual cultural attributes rather than group identity, as group identities can cause people to feel labelled and boxed in.

Informed by the most comprehensive datasets of humanity in the world, Diversity Atlas was created in partnership with the Australian National Commission for UNESCO and the Australian National University, in consultation with a cross-disciplinary academic team and communities. Its database includes every known culture, secular and non-secular tradition and language, amounting to more than 45,000 identity markers. It also measures variety, disparity and balance within organisations. Its data structure allows analysis of key metrics of diversity, including variety, balance, disparity and mutuality (the degree to which an organisation reflects a community), all concepts underpinned by algorithms.

People are the most important asset of any organisation. By precisely mapping an organisation’s cultural diversity, Diversity Atlas releases a wealth of touchpoints for leaders to draw from when meeting the challenges and opportunities of a fast-changing, increasingly globalised world. Through its innovative technology, the platform offers detailed visualisations, real-time analytics, and practical insights that empower organisations to take all their strategies to the next level.

Diversity Atlas’s methodology and definition of cultural diversity were based on more than 300 literature reviews.

Thought-Provoking Panel Sessions with Peter Mousaferiadis

Our Founder and CEO, Peter Mousaferiadis, a globally recognised thought leader in culture as a driver of progress, social cohesion and innovation, is honoured to be moderating a series of two powerful panel sessions. These discussions will further explore the intersection of technology, data, and societal change, exploring how organisations can drive impact through advanced analytics.

Among the standout sessions, Peter will be moderating:

  • AI – Terminator or Liberator? Humanity's Role in our Future – A deep dive into the ethical and societal implications of AI, balancing its transformative potential with the risks it presents.
  • The Role of Technology in an Age of Polarisation – Exploring how technology can bridge divides, strengthen connections, and combat misinformation in an increasingly fragmented world.

These sessions will offer valuable takeaways for business leaders, tech professionals, and policymakers looking to embed data-driven strategies into their decision-making frameworks.
