Alvine Tremoulet is a communicator, employee engagement specialist, intrapreneur, internation speaker and a constant learner with a high interest on health equity. Alvine joined Pfizer in 2006 and held several roles in different divisions, more recently in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She has been instrumental in driving the agenda of diversity, equity and inclusion at the European level, then at the global level. She has received internal and external awards, in recognition of her contributions. Alvine is currently a Global Director within the Pfizer Institute for Translational Equitable medecines, championing Equitable Healthcare Solutions globally. Alvine is a graduate in Communication from the French School of Press Relations and Communication Professionals (EFAP), also holds an Executive Master's degree in Communication from Sciences Po Paris, and finally holds a " Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)” issued by The Society for Diversity. Alvine participated in the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program, as a First Mover Fellow. A program that allows Participants to innovate at the intersection of business economic performance, social and environmental impact.
