David Larrimore is the Chief Technology officer (CTO) for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
As CTO, Mr. Larrimore is responsible for defining IT strategy, incubating new technologies like Artificial Intelligence, and providing governance, oversight, and support of $10B of IT investments across the entire Department.
Mr. Larrimore has 2 decades of experience in IT delivery and has dedicated his professional career to leveraging technology to build and transform organizations. He has a diverse background in AI, Agile, Cloud, SecDevOps, and Product Management from public and private sector organizations.
