Kasia has spent 20 years in the tech industry, building a dynamic and accomplished career in Consultancy Services and Technology, with a particular focus on emerging tech talent. Throughout her career, she has led award-winning DEI initiatives, including programs for women returners, neurodiversity, and AVTalent, demonstrating her dedication to fostering diverse talent and digital skills. She is also a mentor for women in tech.
Kasia's professional journey includes pivotal roles at two FTSE companies: FDM Group plc, a global professional services provider, and Capita plc, an international BPO and professional services company. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of emerging tech trends and provided a platform to amplify underrepresented voices in the industry.
In her current role as Head of Culture, Innovation, and Engagement at Diversity Atlas, Kasia is excited to lead the UK market entry, ensuring a smooth and impactful introduction of Diversity Atlas—a pioneering diversity intelligence tool for leaders and organizations, designed to offer valuable insights into cultural and demographic diversity within teams.
