Lee is an experienced business technologist who has been creatively disrupting the technology, media and finance industries throughout his career; always at the forefront of data and digital transformation. Having held numerous senior technology, operations and business roles, Lee is an accomplished CIO, CDO and Head of Innovation. His blend of business acumen and creativity brings a unique perspective on driving business change: he built the foundations for BBC Online and OnDigital (the world's first digital television service); developed the idea for the UK Faster Payments service and chaired the industry bodies that delivered it; and is the independent Chair of the Bank of England's Transforming Data Collection board - a strategic 10 year initiative to transform financial services regulation using data and AI.
