Mara is an AI experience architect specializing in the creation and governance of digital experiences that generate transformative growth for organizations by responsibly weaving AI into customers, consumers, and employees' lives. Mara's mission is to help organizations extend AI adoption on a larger scale by designing strategic frameworks and shaping people's and businesses' needs into novel and seamless AI experiences.
In her current role in financial services, Mara builds on years of experience at IBM and McKinsey QuantumBlack helping clients across industries address AI deployment, safety, and governance challenges. She also served as a Fellow Researcher for McKinsey's Technology Council, contributing to cutting-edge insights on AI and emerging technologies.
Mara is the author of two books on data and AI and a recognized thought leader: In 2024, Mara was named one of the Top 10 most influential leaders in AI in the UK and Europe
