Thought of as a 'can do' person, Marc is a technologist at heart and has a passion for ensuring people get the most out of technology. Having started his career as in Desktop Support, he's worked his way up to Head of Infrastructure for the Council, leading a diverse team of 40+ technical staff delivering high quality IT service to over 6,000 users -- as the organisation is embarking on an ambitious transformation journey which aims to modernise and streamline the way public services are delivered.
