Nathalie Criou is the Vice President of Product Management at Docker and former General Manager of Twilio Voice. With a track record of driving large-scale innovation, she specializes in solving complex challenges that deliver meaningful impact. A firm believer in the transformative power of software, Nathalie focuses on building high-performing teams that balance customer-centricity with operational excellence.
An engineer by training and a leader by passion, Nathalie has shaped products that redefine industries while fostering cultures of curiosity and execution. Outside of tech, she is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard captain and an accomplished offshore racing sailor. She holds an engineering degree from Leeds University and the National Institute of Applied Science in France, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
