After almost 13 years at Accenture and 2 years at Kier leading strategic change, service delivery, and workforce transformation programmes - Sarah joined BCP Council, where she's held a variety of Change/IT Leadership roles. Sarah has been a key part of the technical, operational and cultural transformation efforts after Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Councils merged in 2019, becoming the 10th largest Council in the UK -- aiming to put people and communities at the heart of their services.
