Varshita is a computer scientist by background and has a master’s from Oxford University. After completing her master’s, she chose to forgo the traditional software development path, opting instead to pursue a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. At Haleon, Varshita is leading the Generative AI Squad, focused on building LLM-powered applications and traditional NLP models to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.. Varshita is passionate about AI democratization and continues to conduct AI/ML workshops for early-career researchers and write technical blogs to promote knowledge-sharing within the data science community.
