Weiting is a data leader with 15 years of experience building analytics teams and creating data-driven culture in start-ups and scale-ups, such as Zoopla, Shazam, Bumble and Cazoo. Before moving into tech, she completed a Masters in Gender and Development Studies and worked in India in the non-profit sector. Weiting is passionate about gender equality, community building, and using data to drive accountability and measure outcomes to create positive change.
